Phase One: Client meeting with builder and sales representative to discuss needs, locations, and available floor plan options.

Phase Two: CAD drawings are completed to show the home with personalized touches and how it will be positioned on the lot. The survey will be completed during this phase .

Phase Three: The clients meet with the on-site builder for the pre-construction conference (PCC) to be sure all the personalized touches and needs have been satisfied. The ground stakes are placed before this meeting so the buyer and builder can walk the lot to discuss home orientation.

Phase Four: In phase four the clients will visit the design center to select the finishes of their new home. The pre-sheetrock meeting will also take place during this phase. The client will have the opportunity to make electrical and low voltage decisions at this time and to conduct a home inspection to verify that all needs are met and that we are ready to proceed. During phase four all final decisions are made to include landscape, driveway and deck locations.

Phase Five: At this phase the new home is complete and the walkthrough is then scheduled with the client and the builder. This takes place one week before closing.

Phase Six: The orientation is complete and the walkthrough list is done. The homeowner is now living in their new home. During the first thirty days a list is compiled of minor items that need to be addressed and the Bauhaus team will address the homeowners concerns and complete the items in a timely manner. Phase Seven: At the eleventh month the one year walkthrough is submitted and completed.
